About CU Shah College of Engineering Technology

C. U. Shah College of Engineering and Technology is a self-financed institute established on 15th September, 1997 coinciding with Engineer’s Day, and commenced academic activities with two disciplines, namely Computer Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. The Institution is approved by All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi and Government of Gujarat, and was affiliated to Saurashtra University, Rajkot (Gujarat) and then to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad. After three years, the college will be the part of C. U. Shah University, initiated by the Vardhman Bharti Trust (VBT), and duly approved as private University by the Government of Gujarat on 22nd April 2013.

The college is committed to provide opportunities and all other facilities that will help the students to grow physically strong, mentally sound and intellectually sharp. The college campus is spread over a landscape of 45 acres, having eco friendly environment located away form the hustle & bustle of crowded city.

The Institute offers Bachelors Degree courses in seven disciplines of Engineering, Post graduate Degree in three disciplines of Engineering and one in MBA. The institute gives students to B.Tech., M.Tech. and M.B.A. programmes through the Centralized ‘Admission Committee for Professional Courses’ established by the Government of Gujarat.
