      IAM Institute of Hotel Management College has well stocked libraries with international titles from all over the world. The library has large volumes of books, journals and other printed or audio visual materials and manuscript items. A computer system is available to help students to locate the books. IAM Institute of Hotel Management College students also take the advantage of the British Council Library of which it is an institutional member.
      Sports facilities are available in the campus. Annual Sports event is held in the month of December in every year
      Good transportation facilities for its students, staff members and visiting guests.
      Proper healthcare arrangements are done by college. Proper Medical Facilities are available

      IAM Institute of Hotel Management College provides some of the most modern facilities and resources for its students. The training kitchens and bakery, the training restaurants, training front office and guest rooms are all modern and fully equipped to import practical training of a high standard. New equipments are added every year to update the learning resources.
      The Institute runs its own training Commercial hotels at Kolkata & Goa & commercial banquet hall and restaurant in Guwahati attached to the campuses. The students are given real life exposure on the operation and management of commercial hotels while undergoing the course. This helps the student to know much more about the practical aspect of the hotel operation and this prepares them as General Managers in the years to come.
      Students of the Institute can avail of the Educational Loan from a number of banks
      IAM Institute of Hotel Management College has separate hostels for boys and girls located close to the Institute. The hostels are well maintained, hygienic and secured. Breakfast, lunch and dinner of hygienic quality are provided by the Institute. To suit the varying needs of individual students, different categories of accommodation is available.
