      The premises of the institute are spacious and well designed, equipped and decorated with a view to being functional and creating a young and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The institute has well equipped class rooms with fully organised departments for conducting practical training.

      There are full-time, fully qualified faculty. Many professionals and eminent persons from the hospitality industry and management field from Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Mangalore and even from overseas are on the list of visiting faculty.

      A training and placement officer will maintain liaison with the Hotel Industry for placement of all students who have successfully completed the program / Diploma Course. Annual survey will be carried out to ascertainthe number of specialization required for employment in the Hotel Industry. On job training will be provided to all students. A databank of every student will be created to ensure that all students are successfully placed in the hotels of repute.
      Currently, employment rate of ann IHMCT is 100%. Diploma holders are placed as
      Management Trainees,
      Receptionist,
      Restaurant Supervisor,
      Banquet Supervisor,
      Night Auditor,
      Sales Coordinator and
      Duty Manager.
      Accommodation facilities will be provided in areas close to the institute, at fees to be decided from time to time. Details may be obtained from the administration office.
