The starting of this institution met with many challenges and even the Govt. officials had many doubts regarding the running of a technical course in the evening time. The Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College was established by the Tamilnadu Educational & Medical Trust (TEAM Trust) in 1994. Sri. Lalchand Munoth, Chairman of the Trust came forward with a donation of Rs.25 lakhs in 1994 and made it possible to realize the dream of late. Dr. C. L.
