It is a fairly new institute. It was established in the year 2014 for bringing about industrial and technological development to the region. It was established with just one branch of Civil Engineering with an intake of 25 seats. We have some senior and highly experienced faculty and also a few young teachers which just creates a fine blend of youth and experience. The students come from all over the state with varying cultural backgrounds.

The journey began in 1969 with the establishment of a Centre of the Birla Institute of Scientific Research (BISR) founded by Shri B. M.
