NEET UG Result 2026: Scorecard Download, All India Rank (AIR), Merit List & Validity
The NEET UG Result 2026 has been officially announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Test-takers can download their digital scorecards by logging into neet.nta.nic.in. The scorecard displays total scaled scores, subject-wise percentile scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, All India Rank (AIR), and category-specific qualifying percentile cutoffs.
How to Download NEET UG 2026 Scorecard
- Go to the NTA portal at neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the active banner "Download NEET (UG) 2026 Scorecard".
- Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security PIN.
- The official NEET UG Scorecard will appear on screen.
- Download and save the PDF, and take multiple clear printouts for medical counselling rounds.

NTA NEET UG Tie-Breaking Criteria
When two or more candidates obtain identical total marks in NEET UG, the following inter-se-merit tie-breaking protocol is executed in order:
- Higher Marks in Biology: Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile in Biology (Botany & Zoology) gets preference.
- Higher Marks in Chemistry: Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile in Chemistry is ranked higher.
- Higher Marks in Physics: Candidate obtaining higher marks/percentile in Physics is given preference.
- Proportion of Incorrect Answers: Candidate with a lower ratio of incorrect answers to correct answers across all subjects is ranked higher.
- Subject-specific Lowest Incorrect Responses: Candidate with fewer negative answers sequentially in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Validity of NEET Scorecard
The NEET UG scorecard is valid for one academic year for admission to medical and dental institutions within India. For candidates seeking admission to undergraduate medical programs in universities abroad, the NEET UG result is valid for up to three years from the date of declaration.
