AIEED Question Papers: Sample Tasks and Archive Guidance
Use official AIEED sample material or previous papers only when ARCH publishes them. The archived IndCareer AIEED page explains broad assessment stages but does not establish a verified, complete official question-paper archive. Do not treat third-party mock tests as actual past papers.
What an official paper or sample can show
- How a design prompt or brief is presented and what kind of response is expected.
- Whether tasks assess comprehension, awareness, thinking, visual communication or articulation.
- Any official timing, submission format, permitted materials and instructions.
- The current stage sequence. The 2025 archive described a portfolio/SoP, CATA task and PED screening; verify whether these remain applicable.
How to find and use practice material
- Visit the official AIEED portal and ARCH admissions pages and look for current-cycle sample papers, task briefs or candidate instructions.
- Check publication year and programme before using a document; formats may change between cycles and courses.
- Practise under the stated time and response constraints, then review clarity, originality and relevance to the brief.
- For older papers, confirm that they are authentic and label them as historical practice only.
No confirmed current paper duration, question count, marks allocation or negative-marking rule is available here. Follow the latest official instructions rather than extrapolating a pattern from older material.
