The Kerala CEE LLM Entrance Examination (KLEE LLM) syllabus is based on the LL.B. curriculum (both 3-year and 5-year tracks) prescribed by universities in Kerala. The exam consists of 200 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) worth 600 marks, structured into two distinct sections.

• Law of Contracts: General Principles of Contract Law (Formation, Free Consent, Consideration, Breach & Remedies); Special Contracts (Indemnity, Guarantee, Bailment, Agency); Partnership and Specific Relief.

Part B (Specialized Legal Areas)

• Public International Law: Nature and sources of International Law; State Recognition, Succession, and Territory; Law of the Sea, Extradition, Asylum, and United Nations structure.
• Administrative Law: Separation of Powers, Rule of Law, Delegated Legislation, Principles of Natural Justice, Administrative Adjudication, and Writs.
• Law of Property: Transfer of Property Act (Sales, Mortgages, Leases, Exchanges, Gifts); Indian Succession Act provisions.
• Company Law: Corporate Personality, Incorporation, Memorandum & Articles of Association, Share Capital, Board of Directors, Corporate Governance, and SEBI regulations.
