Jharkhand B.Ed 2026 Exam Date

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD).
• Engineering Students: Candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech must have at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
• Subject Requirement: You must have studied at least one “teaching subject” in your qualifying degree with a minimum of 50% marks in that specific subject.
• Final Year Students: You can apply provisionally, but you must produce your marksheet at the time of admission.

• General: ₹1000
• BC-I / BC-II (Jharkhand only): ₹750
• SC / ST / Female (Jharkhand only): ₹500
• PWD: Exempted from the fee.

2. Click on “B.Ed. Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2026”.
3. Register with your basic details to get a Registration Number and Password.
4. Fill the form and upload scanned copies of your photo, signature, and left thumb impression.
5. Pay the fee online and print your confirmation page.

Jharkhand B.Ed Exam Pattern

• Mode of Exam – The exam  is a OMR Based Offline test.
• Question type – The questions are MCQ.
• Number of Questions – There are 100 questions in the entrance exam.
• Total Marks – Maximum marks in the exam is 100.

Marking Scheme – 

• Candidates get +1 marks for correct answer.
• And negative marks is -0.25 for incorrect answers

Subject Breakdown:

1. Language Proficiency (30 Marks): 15 questions in Hindi and 15 in English (Grammar, Comprehension, Synonyms/Antonyms).
2. Teaching Aptitude (40 Marks): Questions on leadership, school education issues, and attitude towards children/teaching.
3. Reasoning Ability (30 Marks): Number series, analogies, syllogisms, and logical problems.
