Here’s how you can check your ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) result online:
- Visit the official website:
Go to https://icar.nta.ac.in this is the official NTA ICAR portal. - Find the result link:
On the homepage, look for the link that says “ICAR AIEEA Result” or “ICAR Entrance Exam Result.” - Login using your credentials:
Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security PIN (as shown on the page). - Submit and view your result:
Click on the Submit or View Result button. Your ICAR scorecard will appear on the screen. - Download and print:
Download the result and take a printout for future reference — especially useful for counselling and admission.
ICAR Entrance Exam
The ICAR Entrance Exam is a national-level agriculture entrance exam in India. Conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), this exam is for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses in agriculture and allied fields, as well as for awarding Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and Senior Research Fellowships (SRF). The ICAR exam provides admission to the ICAR-AU system of India, which includes 75 agricultural universities. This system consists of 64 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural, and Fisheries Universities (SAUs), 4 ICAR Deemed Universities (IARI, IVRI, NDRI, and CIFE), 3 Central Agricultural Universities (CAU Imphal, Dr. RPCAU Pusa, and RLBCAU Jhansi), and 4 Central Universities with Faculties of Agriculture (BHU, AMU, Visva Bharati, and Nagaland University).
