📥 How to Access Your Result
The result is typically released in two formats: a Merit List (PDF) and an Individual Scorecard.
- Check the Merit List: NBEMS will upload a PDF containing the roll numbers, total marks (out of 500), and All India Ranks (AIR) of all candidates. You do not need to log in to see this.
- Download Scorecard: * Log in to the Applicant Portal using your User ID and Password.
- Click on the “Scorecard” tab to view your specific marks and qualifying status.
- Validity: Your GPAT 2026 score remains valid for 3 years from the date of declaration for M.Pharm admissions.
⚖️ Tie-Breaking Criteria
In the event that multiple candidates secure the same score, NBEMS uses a specific hierarchy to determine the final rank:
- Date of Birth: The older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
- Ascending Order of Names: If the date of birth is also the same, the rank is determined alphabetically by the candidate’s name.
📊 Qualifying Marks & Cut-offs
The qualifying cut-off varies significantly each year based on the difficulty of the paper. For 2026, the cut-off will be released alongside the results.
- General/EWS: Usually ranges between 160–165 marks.
- OBC-NCL: Typically around 135–145 marks.
- SC/ST: Often falls between 90–110 marks.
🚀 Post-Result: The NIPER JEE Gateway
Qualifying for GPAT is the mandatory first step if you wish to apply for the NIPER JEE 2026.
- Registration: Usually opens in April, shortly after the GPAT result.
- Eligibility: Only GPAT-qualified candidates (with the exception of B.Tech/M.Sc. applicants for specific courses) can sit for the NIPER entrance exam for the prestigious National Institutes of Pharmaceutical Education and Research.
