The process is unique because you must pay the fee first before the actual application form unlocks.

1. Fee Payment: Visit cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. Click on “Eligibility Criteria and Fee Payment.” Enter your LL.B. hall ticket number, name, and mobile number to pay.
2. Check Payment Status: Use the “Know Your Payment Status” tab to confirm your transaction was successful.
3. Fill Application: Once confirmed, click “Fill Application Form.” You will need your Payment Reference ID to log in.
4. Upload Documents: Attach your scanned photo and signature (see specifications below).
5. Print Application: After submitting, download the PDF. You will need the Registration Number printed on it to download your hall ticket on April 20.
