Course Details:

OBD Bachelor of Social Legal Science (BSL) - Think critically about human society. Understand the science of people and how we create our legal systems. Gain a practical understanding of policy and social research.
In this program you'll study the fundamentals of the legal system and gain skills in social research and applied social science. You'll take a series of law subjects and choose a social science discipline. The law component provides you with professional legal skills including the ability to analyse legal material, understand fundamental legal principles, understand the relationship between law and society, and gain general analytical skills for critical thinking and problem solving. Special emphasis is placed on the development of skills in advocacy, negotiation, legal drafting and legal research.
