M.E Engineering Design- The Master of Engineering Programme in Engineering Design is intended for engineering graduates of Mechanical Engineering and its allied disciplines."Design" forms the core of any engineering discipline which emphasize the creation of something new and Novel which make Human lives better than before.This program provides the participants the knowledge and skills required to design newer and future products, Research and Development services and Technologies.ME (Engineering Design) programme empower the participants with strong fundamental knowledge in Mechanical Engineering Design with Significant Innovation capabilities, Design Thinking Competence and well sought Leadership skills.The major subjects include: Design Concepts, Quality concepts in Design, Vibration studies, Kinematic Analysis and Synthesis of various mechanisms, Computer Aided Design (Theory & Practice) with state of art CAD/CAM software, Finite Element Analysis (Theory & Practice) with latest Analysis packages and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly.
