Masters of Laws (LLM in Jurisprudence)

This course covers some of the theories of law and justice most central to contemporary debate within the philosophy of law. It should be suitable both for people new to the subject and for students with an existing knowledge who wish to deepen their understanding. Questions addressed include the nature of law, the nature of justice and the relationship between justice, legality and conceptions of human nature and human well-being.
