Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT), is a two years postgraduate Occupational Therapy health care professional degree course in India. The aim of the study program is to promote health by enabling individuals to perform meaningful and purposeful activities across the lifespan. Occupational therapists are health professionals that use treatments to develop, recover, or maintain the daily living and work skills of their patients with a physical, mental or developmental condition.Under the supervision of occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants may contribute to the treatment process. Occupational therapy is a client-centered practice in which the client has an integral part in the therapeutic process.

The candidate has to complete Bachelor Degree such as Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or equivalent examination, with minimum aggregate 55% marks, such candidates are eligible to take admission in Master’s degree study program.
This course requires study requires 2 years of the time period in India, It’s a Full Time professional degree course, but some candidates use part time, correspondence education program and also go for distance learning, study option to earn this degree.
