Master of Arts (MA in Youth Development)

Eligiblity:

Candidates having Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with not less than 45% marks, are eligible to apply for the Programme(s). Those who have appeared for the final degree examination can also apply.

Course Details:

M.A in Youth Development - Youth development is an approach initiated with an intention so that it involves youth within their peer groups, schools, organizations, communities and families. It is useful and constructive and also brings out the positive side of the young people by providing them with a chance to foster positive relationships and provide them with the support that is required to build their leadership qualities. Civic participation involves “working to make a difference in the communal life of one’s surrounding and improving the combination of skills, values and knowledge to make a difference. Being a Volunteer is one way of civic engagement.
