Eligiblity:

Candidates securing 50% marks (aggregate) in Graduation and 55% in concerned subject (all the 3 years togeather) will only be eligible for the admission in Post Graduate courses.

Course Details:

M.A Musicology - Musicology is defined as the scholarly study of music with the person who studies it called a musicologist. The word can be used in the narrow, broad or intermediate sense. The music history of the Western culture is the connotation in the narrow sense. In the intermediate sense, all relevant cultures and a range of musical styles, forms, genres and is restricted to the humanities- a combination of historical musicology, ethnomusicology and systematic musicology. In the broad category, it includes musical relevant disciplines and systematic musicology.
