M.A Hospital Administration- The Master of Hospital Administration programme (MHA [Hospital]) aims to develop a cadre of professional managers in hospital sector. The MHA (Hospital) Degree is awarded after completing the requirements of all 4 semesters, which may be done over a maximum period of 5 years from the date of registration, failing which the student will be disqualified from receiving the Master’s Degree. This programme includes taught courses, internships and a research project.The (MHA (Hospital) programme prepares students for leadership roles in the hospital sector through training in planning, operational and project management of hospitals including orientation in the managerial aspects of clinical and support services departments. The programme also imparts training in managing financial, material and human resources as well as planning and managing information systems in hospital settings.
