Diploma in Dhara and Kerala Massage - This is a ten-day course in the different techniques of traditional Ayurvedic Dhara and Kerala Massage. The course is conducted by qualified Ayurvedic physicians and includes basic principles of “dosha” imbalances and how they can be rectified, as well as the treatment of various ailments. Medicated milk is poured all over the body and head from a special vessel placed at a certain height in a rhythmic manner. This treatment is good for insomnia, mental tensions, headache due to Pitha dominance, menopause problems etc.
