Diploma in Cookery - This programme will develop skills already learned in the Certificate in Culinary Arts programme, or equivalent. It also introduces new concepts which are being used in industry today. Its aim is to provide industry with appropriately trained, skilled personnel in professional cookery. You will learn to perfect dishes with flair and creativity, using fresh ingredients and advanced cooking techniques.The extensive facilities at the Cromwell campus will give you the opportunity to incorporate herbs, vegetables, fruit, berries, salad and wine in your cooking. Embrace the chance to be part of the natural process from beginning to end: grow, harvest, produce, cook and serve. This pathway will enable you to develop your skills in menu design, as well as preparing and serving your food in real-life situations including hosting a cocktail party
