B.Ed Special Education- LD - Learning Disability is a genetic term that refers to a heterogeneous group of disorders manifested by significant difficulties in the acquisition and use of listening, speaking, reading, writing, reasoning or mathematical abilities.Indeed, it is universally recognized now that persons with disabilities constitute valuable human resources for societies. Meaningful education alone can enable them to face the challenges of life effectively, participate actively in community activities and thus become useful assets.The B.Ed. (Special Education) programme aims to develop teachers for children with disabilities for various settings. The B.Ed. (Special Education) course will prepare human resources to enable them to acquire knowledge and develop competencies and skills to impart education and training effectively to all children including children with special needs.
