Candidates for XIME’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) are required to have a bachelor’s
degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken
together (45% for SC/ST candidates). Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and
are awaiting their results may also apply. They should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the
degree course until that time. They should be completing all their degree examinations before June 16,

PGDM which is equivalent to MBA, is the core of XIME's management education programmes. This is a two-year, full-time, residential programme. The programme follows a trimester system. The first year consists of the requisite foundation courses. The second year has a few core courses, several electives and integrative courses. The Institute offers specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Production & Operations and International Business. XIME proudly held the convocation of its first batch in 1997 and is now gearing up for the graduation of the 16th batch in May 2012.
