Basic and Advanced facilities.
Basic Facilities :
All basic facilities and instruments for UG & PG level
practical are available.
Advanced Facilities :
UV – VIS Spectrophotometer with Computer interface is
available in the department.
Polarograph with recorder & Micro processor based pH-meter, Conductor meter, TDS meters are available.
A fund of Rs. 55,000/- for research has been generated by the Teachers of the Department From UGC & other agencies.
Any other highlights:
A proposal for starting M. Sc. Industrial Chemistry has been sent to U.G.C.
A proposal for organizing Refresher course in chemistry has been sent to U.G.S.
A proposal to start B.Sc. chemistry Honours course is under consideration.
