Here in Wainganga College of Engineering and Mangaement, Nagpur, we provide two year degree course which is divide into four semesters. The present faculty Prof. Rajan Sethi, Prof. Nitin Hinge, Prof. Mrs. Anuja Naikwde, Prof. Sushma Arya and Prof. Nitin Bhagat provide the students with proper guidance and teaching. Along with the syllabus, lots of importance is given on case studies, mock drills, GDs, personality development, communication, C V preparation etc. The students are also motivated to participate in the extra curricular activities. The college also focuses on regular industrial visits & placement program. The college provide a separate state of the art Library and project lab which is also equipped with computers & internet facility for their MBA students.

Students of MBA named Atul Bansod, Rahul Akote, Chakradhar Nigot, Leena Gaikwad and Alka Kaithwas are actively involved in the cultural activity of the college. A garba night was organized in the month of September where all the students of WCEM thoroughly enjoyed the event. A D.J. was invited and a pendal was erected in the premises of the college. Principal and management also appreciated the efforts of the students. College gathering Accumen 2010 was held where activities like fashion show, orchestra and sports were held, Ram Mendhe proved to be a real gem whereas singing was concerned. An intercollegiate dance competition was held in one of the college where three students from MBA bagged first prize. Students also took part in the personality development programs. Mr. Sanatan Shende, one of the leading counselors is engaged for this purpose. He visits the college on every Monday and Wednesday and enriches the students with his psychotherapies.
