Government new college Jajaipur is going to enter its 9th year of establishment. The college was established in the year 2007 by the Chhattisgarh state government. In its inception days, students studying in the college have struggled a lot. Initially, this college continued to be operated in Government Girls School and Government Boys School Jaizapur.

Today the college has its own new building. The college started functioning in this building from the year 2010. Today the college has its own building as well as sports complex, horticulture, bicycle stand etc. resources are available.
