Course in Orthodontics was introduced in January 1965,the name was later modified as Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics and about 198 Post-Graduate students awarded and are rendering their services not only in U.P. but also in other states of India, while some hold academic position in various Universities in India, U. S., U. K., Europe and Australia.
