Named after the chairman and founder of the Hero Group, Brij Mohan Lall Munjal, BMU is engaged in creating, preserving and imparting internationally benchmarked knowledge and skills to a diverse community of students from across the world. The university is being launched in two phases. The School of Engineering & Technology, School of Management and School of Commerce will be established in phase I, beginning August 2014. In phase II, four additional schools are proposed to be added: School of Liberal Arts, School of Art, Architecture & Design, School of Natural Sciences and School of Law.
