The J.K.T. VIDHI MAHAVIDAYALAYA was opened at Buxar With an aim to spread Legal Education among rural class by the social worker and senior lawyer, Mr. Ganpati Mandal of Civil Court Buxar (Bihar) and his team namely Shri Shyam Lal Singh the first Secretary of the college and Shri Ram Awadhesh Choudhary, Shri Rajendra Prasad Thakur, Shri Talukraj Singh and others founded the law college in the name of Late Shri Karpoori Thakur, the famous socialist leader in the year 1986 with the full facilities, infrastructures and buildings.
