      About Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering, Tirupati

      Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) College of Engineering established in 1959, is a a constituent college of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati with an intake of 40 in each of the conventional disciplines of Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering, leading to the degree of Bachelor of Engineering. Subsequently new disciplines and courses have been introduced both at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, in tune with the changing needs and scenario in the field of technical education. At present, the college offers bachelor degree courses in six disciplines, and 2-year post-graduate courses with ten different specializations with a total intake of 220 in bachelor programs and 70 in post-graduate programs.
