S.B.V.R College of Education is located in Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. Late Sri Bijivemula Veera Reddy, former Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Minister of Andhra Pradesh, was the founder of the college. It is affiliated to Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati and is managed by Badvel and Sidhout Higher Education Committee in Badvel town. Covering an area of 10 acres, S.B.V.R College of Education was established in the year 1984-85. Offering B.Ed course, it is approved by the National Council For Teacher Education (NCTE). The college works with the aim of preparing competent teachers to meet the new challenges of the changing society.
