Accredited by the NBA and approved by AICTE it was established in the year 1996 under the affiliation of Kalyani University and subsequently under MaulanaAbulKalam Azad University of Technology (erstwhile West Bengal University of Technology). Right from its inception, it aimed towards imparting quality education with special emphasis on technical knowledge., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical And Electronics Engineering, BCA & M.Sc, The department aims to develop academically competent and professionally motivated personals, equipped with objective and critical thinking that compassionately foster the scientific temper with a sense of social responsibility., Placements, IEM, Kolkata and UEM, Jaipur students have sat together for placement and interviewed together. UEM, Kolkata students will also sit for placement along with IEM students.
