The College R L S Rampiari, Lakhan Singh Memorial Degree College is situated at Jaspur-Afzalgarh highway (NH-74 just three kilometers from Jaspur near Maria School. The college was established in 2010 under the managerial and financial control of R L S Memorial Trust Kashipur, which has been created to promote education Higher, Technical and professional and to undertake various activities for the welfare of rural poors. The college started B.A. classes in seven subjects namely Hindi, English, Geography, Home Science, Sociology, Political Science and Economics.

The Chairman of the Trust Dr. N. Singh, M.A. Economics, Political Science, Ph.D. took retirement as Reader and Head of Deptt. Of Economics after 37 years of service in higher education. Total family of Dr. N. Singh is attatched with education.
