Established in the year 2009 Siddhartha Law College is registered under the auspice of Siddhartha Group of Institution SGI managed by Siddhartha Educational Society Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003, under the dynamic leadership of renowned social worker Mr. Durga Prasad Verma and promoted under the guidance of Mr. Ram Ratna Aggarwal, Former District Judge presently serving as honorable Director of SGI.

Siddhartha Law College is a college imparting education in law in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It was established in the year 2009 and offers a five-year integrated Bachelor of Law degree, a three-year degree, and a one-year Master of Law degree. The college is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University.

Siddhartha Law College is situated in Dehradun in Uttarakhand state of India. Established in 2009, it is accredited from BCI and it is affiliated to Uttarkhand Technical University. SLC, Dehradun offers 5 courses across 1 streams namely Law and across 5 degrees like LLB, BA+LLB, BBA+LLB, PGD, LLM. SLC campus is spread over 10 Acres. Hostel facility is not available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Boys Hostel, Canteen, Computer Lab, Library, Medical Facilities, Cls. Room, Trans., WiFi are also there.

Siddhartha Law College, Dehradun was established to produce professional rather than law graduates who achieve expertise in field of Litigation, Lawyering, Corporate Lawyering, Judicial Services, and Higher Studies Abroad and play a dynamic role in sub serving the individual’s interest and public welfare. The vision of the college is to evolve and impart comprehensive legal education in all spheres to achieve excellence not only for becoming lawyers but also for joining judicial services and serve their best to the corporate sector.

Today, legal education in India is in a very shabby state. It has become a cause of concern for all the stakeholders and the country at large. Some ameliorative steps were taken in the form of establishment of dedicated Law Universities, but due to their own constraints such as inadequate funds, unsatisfactory infrastructure, lack of good and dedicated faculties, etc., the desired result is nowhere in sight. As an encouraging development in this respect, Siddhartha Law College was Established in the year 2009, Siddhartha Law College has been registered under the auspice of Siddhartha Group of Institution SGI and is managed by Siddhartha Educational Society Regd. No. 1363/2002-2003, under the dynamic leadership of renowned social worker Mr. Durga Prasad Verma. Siddhartha Law College is developing under the guidance of Justice Retd K. D. Shahi - Honorary Dean, Legal Education, Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technological University, Dehradun and Director Siddhartha Law College. Siddhartha Law College is Affiliated to Veer Madho Singh Bhandari Uttarakhand Technological University Govt. University of Uttarakhand and approved by Bar Council of India New Delhi.
