RICS School of Built Environment, Noida offers Full Time Bachelors Degree in BBA in Real Estate & Urban Infrastructure. This Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program is designed to equip you with a strong knowledge base and technical skills for careers paths in real estate and infrastructure related fields. Along with management principles, the program will give a comprehensive introduction to various components of built environment, general practices in real estate and infrastructure sector, its functions and market dynamics.
You will learn fundamental concepts and principles across different facets ranging from urban design and planning to real estate laws and regulations for development of projects to project appraisals; from investment and finance decisions to sustainability related aspects; from corporate real estate management to facilities management to name a few.
With such a strong foundation and all round perspective on the built environment, this program will give you the flexibility to begin your career in fields such as valuation, real estate development, development management, project management, investment, finance, property management and real estate research and consulting.
