Polytechnic is having very large & specious with 24000 different decipline books & journels and new books are added every year. newspaper & magazine are provide to students. Library is open 8 AM to 8PM Daily excluding holidays. further we are adapting .Since then, it has grown in size and content along with the Indian Institute of Technology to take the present shape. All these years, it has been the life-line for the academic activity of the institute. At present, it stands as a modern library with a lot of automation and as the largest of the Electrical, Automobiles, Physics, chemistry, Civil, Mechanical, Computer Science Etc. in terms of the number of books and journals.
The librarians assist students pick authors and subjects that best suit their interest, in the process inculcating the habit of avid reading. SC/ST students are entitled to issue additional books from library by the help of social welfare department.
It also has reading room facilities, and provides newspapers and magazines of international repute. We subscribe to the leading newspapers, journals, magazines and periodicals from around the world that keep our students abreast with national and international events.
