In spite of a galaxy of pharmacy colleges already existent in A.P., the emergence of Joginpally B.R Pharmacy College in the academic year 2007-2008 accentuates its uniqueness in guiding the students in the areas of wisdom and excellence in pharmacy education. J.B. Educational Society has established Joginpally B.R Pharmacy College in the knowledge rich area of Yenkapally campus. The college is headed by Dr.J.V.C Sharma M.Pharm, Ph.D who has got 22 years of experience in teaching and Pharmaceutical industry.

At present the college offers a four year B.Pharm. course with an annual intake of 120 students for the courses in basic sciences like Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy, Physiology and Health Education, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and the specialization courses in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical chemistry, Pharmaceutical analysis, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics, and Pharmacy Administration along with Humanities. The college also plans to introduce the Pharm. D. (Doctor of Pharmacy) course, a 6 years program, and our application to pharmacy council of India inspection is under process.

The college now avows to be totally established with dedicated and competent staff with an enthusiastic spark to kindle the flame of talent in Pharmaceutical sciences.
