Chemistry Lab

Physics Lab
The physics lab is equipped with a wide variety of apparatus which supplement and strengthen concepts learnt in the classrooms. For touching the inquisitiveness of the young minds, innovative methods of teaching scientific concepts are adopted. Physics lab has all the interesting sets of equipment to reinforce scientific and experimental concepts and facilitate in developing investigative skills. There are models, charts apparatus, kits, and experimental gadgets to cater the needs of students. In the lab, students discover the law which governs a certain phenomenon or verify a given law which has been derived from a theory. Students also get an opportunity to apply their innovative ideas and enjoy the unexplored vistas of science.
The Physics labs will present the students, with the opportunity to gain insight into some of the basic principles of physics. The lab exercises are setup to allow them to gather data, analyze the data using the principles of the assigned topic, to obtain quantified results, and then to evaluate the results to determine if the principles are sound.
Botany Lab
In the botany lab, the students study detailed structures, morphological, histological and physiological aspects of plants. Study of slides under the microscopes or studying the specimens kindles a natural curiosity towards Nature and instills a joy of learning the flora & fauna around us. All the equipment and specimens that we have in the lab are open for the students to be used under careful supervision.
Zoology Lab
The environment of the Zool. Lab inculcates love for all living organisms. Its holds a mirror unto the marvellous world of microbes, thus providing an impetus to the students to look for successful career options in life sciences. The lab is a home to a wide variety of specimens, ranging from bacteria to a human skeleton.
Communication Lab
Communication plays a very important role in the process of education and is the basis of the interaction between the teacher and the students. Vikash leaves no stone unturned to keep its students abreast of changing times and trends and make them competent enough to take up challenges of this highly demanding world.
Communication Lab, a unique feature to enhance communication skills, sets the institution apart from others in the region and gives our students an edge over others.
With a seating capacity of 30 students, the software-based communication Lab provides a congenial atmosphere for learning communication skills through a variety of activities. The students get a wide exposure through these activities and overcome their hesitation in spoken English. Continuous assessment ensures that the students are enhancing their employability. The emphasis is laid on learning the nuances of pronunciations, stress, intonation and accent to endow the students with such accomplishments as would augment their oratorical skills and confidence to confront interviews and group discussions for various jobs and higher studies.
