The institution was established in the year 1997 affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad.The College has successfully completed 5 years of existence with excellent results year after year. The faculty and non-teaching associates have demonstrated teamwork in carrying innovation to upgrade the standard of quality improvement in the areas of Pharmacy education.

The objective of the College is to ensure the highest standards

of quality education.The College has plans for postgraduate education in the near future.
The Sultan Ul Uloom College of Pharmacy offers the Graduate degree in Pharmacy ( B.Pharm.) . The duration of the course is four academic years The Ist year is of yearly pattern and IInd year onwards, is of semester pattern in addition to four weeks of industrial training.

The College is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, (JNTU) and approved by All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh, India.

The goal is to provide the individual with an knowledge base and extensive skills to enable him / her to investigate and critically analyze the impact and outcome of pharmaceutical products and services within health care systems.

The goal of Graduate degree is also to provide the individual with the essential skills and abilities to assume managerial and leadership positions related to the economic analysis and outcomes of pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical services in health care organizations. It also to provides the individual with a knowledge base and develops extensive research skills to enable him or her to investigate and critically analyze the impact and outcomes of pharmaceutical products. The widespread benefits of pharmaceuticals in today's society, coupled with an increased utilization and application of pharmaceutical services, has created a need for individuals with education & training in Pharmaceutical education and outcomes research.
