Pragathi Degree college was established in the year 1991 under the leadership of Sri R Rajeshwar Reddy, Chairman of the group. Since its inception , the society is committed to imparting quality education and has established Institutes of excellence to offer contemporary courses at the Post Graduate, Engineering, Pharmacy and Under Graduate levels. Within a decade of its establishment, the society has made remarkable progress and carved a niche for itself in the field of education.

The Pragathi Degree College For Women maintains good liaison with the university authorities and the parents as well. The developement and the splendid success of the said seal of learning is but for the timely and right suggestions and the whole hearted cooperation extended by parents.

The Pragathi Degree College For Women has a functioning in a five storied building which consist of well ventilated and fully furnished spacious classrooms. The Pragathi Jr. College and Pragathi P.G College has also been functioning smoothly in separate buildings, providing congenial environment and fortifying the students mentallyto face any competitive exams anywhere.
