In 1993, the college added new faculties of biological sciences and commerce. The student strength suddenly rose to 600 that year. There was no looking back. By 1998, the Degree College alone had more than 2000 students studying in various branches. In 1995, the Aurora educational society established a Post Graduate College, which started two programmes namely, Masters in Computer Applications and Masters in Business Administration.
In 1998 Aurora marched into two new heights when it established its engineering college in a sprawling campus of 600 acres. It had been very aggressive foray into the business of education. Four other engineering colleges were established apart from two more post graduate colleges. Today, Aurora happens to be one of the largest educational groups in the state of Andhra Pradesh with more than 400 faculty and staff and having over 7500 students studying in all.
