Bishop Caldwell College was established by Bishop Caldwell in 1883. Again it begins to function in 1996 under the able guidance of Rt.Rev. (Late) Jason S.Dharmaraj, former Bishop of Tirunelveli Diocese, along with some well-wishers. It was recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu and affiliated to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli., Vision, As the Motto of the college implies Seek, Study and Shine the aim of the college is to provide value based higher education to its students and develop the overall personality of the students by enhancing their creativity, self-confidence, assertiveness, communication and leadership skills. Therefore we plan our programmes with the specific objectives of imparting more knowledge, improving the skills and developing better and positive attitude of students. The scope extends well beyond academic excellence towards making better citizens of tomorrow., Mission, We commit ourselves in achieving, sustaining and fostering unmatched excellence in Technical Education.
