A trust in the name of Maruthi Educational Trust was organized in the year 1996 aiming at Establishing various educational Institutions. To begin with the trust started Maruthi Polytechnic college , Then it started Maruthi Hr.Sec.school, Maruthi College Of Education and SREEMaruthi Polytechnic college.

MARUTHI EDUCATIONAL TRUST extends a helping hand to the economically poor students by giving concessions in tuitions fees. For the talented students the trust awards scholarships and for the toppers gives cash awards which will be helpful for the higher studies.

On the whole the trust has committed to serve the rural people in the field of education. The people in villages in and around the college are pleased to admit their wards in various institutions run by Maruthi Educational Trust

Maruthi Polytechnic college was started in the academic year 1996 - 97. The main Objective of starting this Polytechnic College is to impart technical education to the people from rural area and create qualified technicians in our country for the needs of expanding industrial growth in the light of globalization. This institution is established by a very rich experienced team of trust members belonging to teaching profession and industry.

The combination of focusing on our students academic success as well as their social and emotional well-being creates an environment where our students do amazing things every year. We have a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculties who are devoted to achieve excellence in the every activity of the institute. The MPTC consists of huge class rooms, well equipped laboratories, seminar hall, auditorium, library, computer Lab and internet facilities, cafeteria and the pleasant atmosphere. We prepare students for a bright and positive future in the world of work or of further study. The synergic efforts taken at the institution will help to achieve the vision of the institution and make our student as employable engineering.
