Start College of Education is a teacher training college located in Periyamanali Village in Tiruchengode Taluk of Namakkal District in Tamil Nadu. It was opened in the year 2008 as a unit of Mahendra Educational Trust. It was first affiliated to Salem Periyar University and now it is affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University. It is approved by the NCTE (National Council of Teachers Education), New Delhi. The main aim of the foundation was to provide quality teacher training education for those who are willing to become professional teacher.
