      About N V K S D College of Education, Kanyakumari

      NVKSD College of Education, Attoor was established in 1963 managed under Nalloor Vettuvenni Kandan Sastha. The N.V.K.S. Devaswom Committee with a clear mission and vision under the able leadership of the then President Sri. K.P. Rama Krishna Pillai decided in October 1961 to utilize the excess fund of the N.V.K.S. Devaswom trust for some social and educational purpose and as a result of that a teacher education institution was established a long felt need of Kanyakumari District.
