TN / 692 / SRO / NCTE / 2003-04 / 1386 dated 25.2.04 and also obtained "No Objection Certificate" from the Govt. of Tamilnadu as per its School Education Department Letter No. 18925 / UI / 2003-04 dated 13.6.2003.
