About The New College Institute of Management, chennai

The New College Institute of Management has been established with the objective of imparting training in different disciplines of Management with emphasis on practical application suited to Indian Environment and manage intellectual needs. With the fast pace of the current technological revolution, the need for training managers, who can meet the new challenges, is growing. The Institution is being developed to meet all the requirements of modern Management by constant interaction with industry. It will be the endeavour of the Management to adopt the methodology of imparting training by coordination of its efforts with the developments taking place the world over.

The New College Institute of Management is managed by a Board of Trustees, with duly elected members. The Board is assisted by an Academic Council consisting of professionals drawn from different disciplines with vast experience and expertise.

The NEW COLLEGE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT approved by the AICTE, affiliated to the University of Madras, accredited by the NBA is an ISO : 9001 – 2000 Certified Institute.

The All India Council for Technical education, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, New Delhi accorded recognition to our Institute in their Ref. No.F.No.431/45-41/BOS(M) Dated 11th September 1995.

The Institute has also obtained affiliation from the University of Madras to run a Full Time Master of Business Administration program from the year 1995 onwards (Vide: Ref.No. AII/MVS/NCIM, Madras-14/MBA(FT) - Increase/96-97/851 dated 25th July 1996.
