A recent study by Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) suggests that only 30% of nation’s graduates are employable. The young graduates churned out by the country’s universities mostly lack in skill sets that are in demand from the corporate sector. Keeping in mind this skill gap, Sharda University has designed a programme in business administration at the undergraduate level to create a pool of young graduates capable of handling the challenges of globalized business within the country and even beyond its boundaries.
