Telangana Board has been divided into two different boards for SSC and Intermediate. The names of the boards are Board of Secondary Education, Telangana and Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education for SSC and Inter standards respectively. Both boards are responsible to prescribe the syllabus to the affiliated schools, conducting the exams and after the completion of the exams, the Telangana Board releases the result.

3 main entities in the Telangana state is responsible for school education in the state.
1) Board of Secondary Education, Telangana
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Telangana is the board that works for the students of the 10th standard. The board was formed on May 10, 2016. The board is well known as the BSE Telangana Board. The headquarter of BSE Telangana is present in Hyderabad. The official languages of the board are Telugu, English, and Urdu. The TS Board for SSC is responsible for each activity related to it.
2) Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education
The board that supervises the activities of the Intermediate standard is the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education. The board is popular as TSBIE. The TSBIE Board came into existence in the year 2014. The headquarter of the Telangana Intermediate Board is situated in Nampally, Hyderabad. The board is responsible to regulate the higher secondary education level in the state. To do so, the board prescribes the syllabus to the affiliated schools, the course of study. TSBIE also conducts the board exams for the students and then after the completion of it, the board also declares the result for the same. The Telangana Board grants affiliation to the colleges, provides a better direction to the students, support the education at every level for the state.
3) Telangana Open School Society (TOSS)
The organization named Telangana Open School Society is responsible to provide distance learning to the students of the state. It is well known as TOSS. The board regulates all the education-related activities for SSC and Intermediate standards. The objective of TOSS is to identify the educational needs of the people of the State who are generally not catered to by the formal system of school education. The board aims to provide the opportunity related to education to the candidates who really need it. The official website of the board is telanganaopenschool.org. On the website, the TOSS Provides the syllabus and study material for the candidates. So that the students who cannot attend the regular classes can download it from there.
Telangana Board Class 10 and 12 Time Table
The candidates who study from the Telangana Board get the timetable in the month of December. The link to the timetable uses to be available online on the official website. The timetable contains all the necessary information related to the board exams.

Telangana Board Class 10 and 12 Admit Card
For the students of secondary and senior secondary, the RBSE Board releases the admit card in the month of February. Candidates obtain the admit card online on the official website. To get it from the official website, the candidates need to use their roll number. The students can also collect the RBSE Admit Card from their respective schools.
It contains the name of the board, class name, students’ name, roll number of the candidates, date of birth, parent’s name, the date for the exams, exam day, exam timings, exam centre, reporting time, subject details etc. The admit card contains all the important details related to the exams as well as related to the students. Students are required to carry a physical copy of admit card to the examination hall. Without the admit card students will not be allowed to write exams.

Telangana Board Class 10 and 12 Result
After the completion of the exams, the Telangana board declares the result for both classes. For class 10 board exams, the RBSE board announces the result in the month of June. For class 12, the board declares the result separately for different streams. It releases the result for Science and Commerce combined while for Arts, the separate result uses to be announced. To check the result, the candidates need to submit the roll number.
Telangana Board Supplementary Exams
The candidates who will not get passing marks will be able to appear for the supplementary exams. The board provides a second opportunity for the students to pass the exams. RBSE conducts supplementary exams in the month of August and September.
