| Shishya School, first began in a two bedroom house in 1986 as IID Children’s Academy. As the school grew, little rooms were added on wherever space was available. The McRae’s two children were admitted into Nursery and KG and from them, their classmates learned the correct pronunciation of their teachers name… not “Maam,” but “Mom!” That was Shishya’s genesis –a true family beginning. “Family” is God’s creation, and since the schools humble beginnings, “family” has been the school’s priority and vision over the years; to teach and model love as Christ taught.
